- **Setting Ride Prices**: Passengers can propose their preferred ride price, and drivers can choose to accept or decline. Ride agreements are formed directly between passengers and drivers.  

- **Location Data**: The app collects location data to provide accurate ride-matching services and estimates of distance and travel time.

**5. Fees and Payments**  

- **No Joining Fees**: Drivers are not charged any fees to join the Ngezayo platform.  

- **Payment Terms**: Payments between passengers and drivers are arranged and processed independently. Ngezayo may introduce payment processing features and will communicate any changes clearly.

**6. User Conduct**  

You agree to use Ngezayo in a lawful and respectful manner. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:  

- Harassing, abusing, or harming any other user.  

- Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities.  

- Using the app to conduct illegal or unauthorized activities.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Ngezayo app at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms or any activity that may harm the Ngezayo community.
